Tips from cooking experts
- Baking. Make sure the wings are crisp and even cooked by preheating the oven before cooking.
- Do not cover. For optimal crispy skin, refrain from covering the wings with aluminum foil during cooking. Let them toast in the direct heat of the oven to achieve that perfect crunch.
- Cooking in an air fryer. Arrange the wings in a single layer inside the fan basket. Set the temperature to 425°F and cook for 8 minutes. Then flip the wings and cook for another 8 minutes or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
Recipe FAQs:
Remember to turn the wings during baking to achieve crispness on both sides.
