This corn and avocado salsa is absolutely delicious! It has a very fresh flavor and goes perfectly on top of seafood tacos, with chips or as a topping for fried foods. great!
How to make corn and avocado salsa
We start by defrosting the corn and cutting the onions and avocados. This takes about 5 minutes depending on your ninja level vegetable chopping skills.
Then mix everything together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Oh! You are done!
Keep in the fridge until ready to eat so it’s nice and cold when you serve it.
Serving suggestions
This salsa was part of me. Black Salmon Tacos But the recipe is very good, so I decided to start with its own article. I often make these tacos for hubby and also when my friends visit.
It also goes well with grilled chicken, grilled fish, and steak!
Let me know if you decide to do it! I guarantee it won’t let you :).
