This corn salsa is your new friend!

This Mexican corn salsa It’s a sweet change from the usual Salsa Or pico de gallo. It will be a hit the next time you serve it.

It’s the perfect summer salsa with very few ingredients – corn, buttery avocado, fresh tomatoes, a little onion, garlic powder and fresh lime juice and salt and pepper.
